How it works
From request to launch
Every project follows the same path, so you always know what is coming and what we need from you.
-
1
You tell us your wishes and budget
Through the request form you describe your business, what your website should do and what you want to spend.
-
2
We discuss the scope and send a quote
We get in touch to go through your plans. You then receive a quote stating what we will build, what is included, how many revision rounds you get and what it costs.
-
3
We select a suitable maker
Once you approve, we find the developer or designer who fits the project. You do not have to compare or approach freelancers.
-
4
The website gets built, you follow along
The maker starts work. You supply your texts and images, and see in the client portal which stage the project is in.
-
5
You give feedback, we handle the agreed revisions
You review the result and say what should change. The number of revision rounds is in your quote, so you know where you stand beforehand.
-
6
We check the work and deliver
Before the website goes live, we check that it does what was agreed. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
-
7
Support as agreed
Want maintenance or changes after launch? That is possible, according to what you agreed with us.
What we need from you
The sooner this is complete, the faster your site takes shape. Missing something? Say so and we will think along.
- Your texts, or at least an idea of what they should say
- Your logo and images, if you have them
- Contact details as they should appear on the site
- Access to your domain name, if you already have one
- Your approval of the quote before we begin
Everything in one place
As soon as your project starts you get access to the client portal. There you follow progress, upload files, view quotes and invoices, and ask your questions — without digging through your inbox.
