- We read your message and reply personally, not with an automated response.
- If your question is concrete enough, you get an assessment straight away of whether we can help.
- If we cannot help you, we say so. An honest no beats a project that does not fit.
- We do not promise a response time in hours or days, because we cannot guarantee one.
