Who actually builds my website?
WebHelpo works with a network of web developers and designers. We find the maker who fits your project and guide the process. Your contact runs through us; you do not have to find or manage freelancers yourself.
Can I choose who makes my website?
We handle the selection, based on what your project needs, so you do not have to judge portfolios. If you have specific wishes about the approach, mention them in your request and we will take them into account.
Who checks that the work is any good?
We do. Before your website is delivered, we check that it does what the quote agreed. On top of that, you give your own feedback in the agreed revision round.
How long does it take before my website is live?
That depends on the size of your website and how quickly your texts and images are available. You get a concrete planning with your quote.
What does a website at WebHelpo cost?
That depends on your wishes. Request a free quote and you will know exactly where you stand before anything starts.
Do I need to arrange anything technical myself?
No. We arrange the technical side. You only provide input about your business and your wishes.
What about my domain name?
We can register a new domain for you, or take over the domain you already have. Tell us in your request whether you already own one.
Do you arrange hosting as well?
Yes. We can arrange hosting for your website, or work with the hosting you already have. We will discuss which makes more sense in your situation.
What happens after my website goes live?
You can come to us for maintenance: updates, small changes and support. What that looks like for you is part of the agreements in your quote.
What if I do not have texts or photos yet?
Say so in your request. We will tell you what is essential to get started and think along about how to fill the gaps.
Can I have changes made during the project?
Yes. There is a feedback round in which you tell us what should change before the website goes live. What is included is set out in your quote, so there are no surprises.
Can I still change things after launch?
Yes. Also after launch you can come to us for updates, extensions and support.
